NICC Calendar

This year marks our 17th year to volunteer for the Adopt-A-Highway program in Lake County. Have you watched the Discovery channel on cable TV and wished you could be there when they find a rare artifact? Well, here’s your chance to do it right here in Antioch! Have you seen the clubs name on the two Adopt-A-Highway signs on Grass Lake Road? For the past 16 years NICC has been assigned the stretch of road between Rt. 59 and 83 on Grass Lake Rd. Sometimes we even find loose change. Come on out and join us for the find of your life. Our next archeological find will be on Saturday, May 5. All volunteers are asked to meet at 10 am at Triangle Sports & Marine, just west of Rt. 83 on Grass Lake Rd. Grab your gloves and head for the highway. Any loose change goes to the finder. It was the decision of the board to use this day as a good opportunity to come back to the club grounds and so some grounds cleanup.
